His career includes serving as a Staff Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of the Interior. He founded Diverse Engagement, LLC., and Cannabis Equity Consultants, LLC., focusing on equity in cannabis legalization. He’s also served as President of the Loudoun County Virginia Branch of the NAACP and on the Virginia State Conference of the NAACP.
